Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to getting your order delivered as fast, efficient and as safely as possible!

We use the Post Office and other recognised reliable carriers.

PRICES

All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling and do not include VAT. VAT at 15% will be added at checkout. Prices are effective from January 2008. VAT is zero rated on sales to the Channel Islands, mainland Europe and other export territories.

UK ORDERS

When ordering for delivery to UK mainland please hit the tick box marked " APPLY TAX RATE " box to show VAT in calculation. This box is just above " QUANTITY " towards the last lines in the order form. For export orders including the Channel Island do not " APPLY TAX RATE ".

DELIVERY CHARGES

Within mainland England there will be a standard charge of £7.75.

Export including Europe, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. All carriage will be quoted at time of issuing a sales order acknowledgement. Your acceptance will be required prior to shipment.

GUARANTEE

All products featured have a minimum of a one year guarantee.

POSTAL ORDERS

Please do not send cash through the post. Cheques must be supported by a cheque card number on the reverse - your order will be released upon clearance. Please allow 3-5 days for cheque clearance.
